Just started taking it. Feeling strange trying to detect what I am feeling had a kinda nausea feeling then cold sweat.
I have not had any back experiences or side effects. My hair texture is a lot different. It is more oily and feels a lot more coarse. It is definitely thicker. No new hair growth yet.
I am giving it 2 stars as I have not seen anything note worth but it has only been 2 weeks. I have not noticed any ill effects or stomach issues and I have a sensative stomach. The blend it all herbal from what I read.
My hair feels thicker. I like the shine and bounce it has. I have not changed shampoos. I may see what a thickener shampoo does now. I will continue use to see more results. I like what I have seen so far. Noticeable volume.
Does anyone have an ingredients list. I would like to know what it is in Foligain before I decide on getting it. I know there has to be a list somewhere online. A friend recommended the supplement to me.

I must have issues with Horse Tail as I became quite sick to my stomach and experienced bad migraines after taking this. I remember trying Horse Tail tea a few years ago and experienced the same thing. If you have a sensitivity to that plant like me, avoid this one.
I had started this supplement, Foligain, assuming it would do nothing. I want to give it a shot because it focused more on the folical health than the actual shaft. After my first bottle, I noticed 3 things... My hair is stronger, my hair is less grey, and it feels thicker. I will continue to use.
IS THIS SAFE TO TAKE WHILE WITH CHILD? I AM 19 WEEKS PREGNANT. I DO NOT SEE ANYTHING ABOUT THIS. PLEASE ADVISE!
I noticed no changes. Nothing good but nothing bad either. I will try something else. Luckily I got it on sale Shame too, it had worked for my friend.
Did you take it for atleast 3 months? Most of these hair supplements need at least 3 months, sometimes up to 6 months to start to see growth. It depends on why you lost your hair to begin with. Check on reddit if you don't believe me. I know quite a few men who went back and stuck it out and have no regretted it.
